Instagram .The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Coordinator to support two key managers within People & Culture: the Leadership Program Manager and the Philanthropic Program Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and successful execution of both leadership initiatives and philanthropic activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Responsibilities

Support for Leadership ProgramsAssist in the planning and coordination of leadership programs and events.Maintain program schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones.Prepare and distribute program materials, presentations, and reports.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment and success.Manage participant communication, including invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.Provide logistical support for training sessions, workshops, and other program activities.Support for Philanthropic ProgramAssist in the planning and execution of philanthropic initiatives and events.Progress within the grant process, including outreach, board communication, and payment.Track donation records and contributions to prepare reports for stakeholders and end of event cost analyses.Support the development and dissemination of marketing and communication materials.Assist in the organization and execution of fundraising campaigns and volunteer activities.Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines for philanthropic activities.General Administrative SupportProvide administrative support to the Talent Management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Prepare and process expense reports and invoices.Maintain organized records and files.Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the leadership and philanthropy initiatives.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.At least 2 years of experience in a similar coordinator or administrative role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Working Conditions
