This role will guide the transformation of our customers’ Quality and Manufacturing technology landscape. You will work closely with Veeva’s Account Management Team and Professional Services to ensure delivery success across your Vault Quality program(s), continuous improvement of existing applications, and overall Customer Success for the programs.This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. It is customer-facing, and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.
What You'll Do
Design large implementation programs and oversee the execution of themService Delivery accountability for one or more global Vault implementations in Quality at our strategic accountsWork with IT and business executives to define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmapEstablish post-deployment application managementSupport implementation proposals and services contract negotiationCoordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoptionCoordinate Product Management and Product Support activitiesRequirements
8+ years in large-scale program management with software delivery in the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectorsIn-depth Pharmaceutical R&D knowledge in Quality and ManufacturingTrack record of success leading diverse global teams to deliver large, complex GxP technology implementations to deliver measurable business resultsExperience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma customersProven executive communication skillsAbility to critically and objectively interpret and evaluate information to effectively influence at the executive levelSkills in problem resolution, negotiation, dealing with ambiguity, the establishment of effective processes, influencing without authorityWorks well with third parties: can organize and galvanize a disparate group of people, keeping cadence in the program highBased in North America with the ability to meet travel requirementsTypical travel is 25% but may be up to 50% based on customer requirementsNice to Have

Base pay: $100,000 - $200,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
