In this role, you'll work closely with our Campaign and Lifecycle Manager to optimize campaign performance, drive results, and push creative boundaries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, growth-minded, and has a proven track record in email marketing.Your responsibilitiesCampaign Execution:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating and managing email lists, designing email templates, and scheduling sends.

Content Creation:

Work with members of the marketing team to write compelling email copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to the team.

A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times to improve campaign effectiveness.

Segmentation:

Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant data to deliver targeted and personalized content.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.

Tool Proficiency:

Utilize email marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and track campaigns.

Minimum QualificationsExperience:

1-2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Email Marketing Expertise:

Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in email marketing software and CRM systems.

Communication Skills:

Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience with A/B testing.

Teamwork:

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Project Management:

Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Creativity:

Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop engaging email content.

Is this you?Certifications:

Certifications in email marketing or related fields.

Project Management Tools:

Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.

2 years of HubSpot experience.
