What you will need:

License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy AssociationCertification: CPR certification requiredExperience: out-patient orthoSkills: Outpatient Ortho position. Interest in vestibular or pelvic health a bonus.

What you will do:

Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patientsPrepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billingParticipates in the clinical supervision of students
