No C2C or Sponsorship Contract (with potential to convert to permanent) Hybrid in Baltimore We are seeking an experienced Technology Business Analyst to join our Fixed Income team in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for migrating reference data providers from FactSet to Bloomberg for our Fixed Income business unit. You will play a key role in analyzing, identifying, and documenting current business processes, tools, and data leveraged from FactSet and transition them to Bloomberg data sets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Fixed Income domain and must be familiar with the terminology used by portfolio managers in this space. Experience with tools like FactSet and Bloomberg Terminal is essential. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document existing business processes, data tools, and connections leveraged by the Fixed Income business unit using FactSet. Map current processes, fields, and reports in FactSet and perform a mapping exercise to Bloomberg. Capture requirements by interacting with Portfolio Managers, gathering screenshots, and documenting key business needs and data dependencies for the migration. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues , escalate risks, and prevent recurrence. Provide status updates and support the creation of presentation slides for leadership and key stakeholders. Monitor and manage audit-related responses, ensuring SLA compliance. Assist in other projects and efforts as assigned. Skills & Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Fixed Income or Investment Management industry. Strong understanding of Fixed Income products and terminology used by Portfolio Managers. Hands-on experience with FactSet and Bloomberg Terminal . Familiarity with data mapping technologies and experience in migrating reference data providers. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
