Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.THE JOB :We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the property-level budgeting process through ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Collaborating closely with both the Manager of FP&A and the Corporate FP&A team, you will have the unique opportunity to work on-site, engaging with various functional areas of the property. Your ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders at both property and corporate levels will be essential as you present your findings to senior executives.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Work closely with the Manager of Planning & Analysis to identify and capitalize on analytical opportunities within the propertySupport planning and budgeting activities, building a strong partnership with Corporate FinanceEnhance financial management of the property by offering insights and recommendations on cash flow, cost allocation, and risk managementCollaborate on data and analytics innovationsPartner with Enterprise Analytics to aid the Property team in action planning based on insights, tracking progress, and achieving goalsPrepare ad-hoc reports, analyze findings, and provide recommendations to senior members of the Planning and Analysis teamPerform additional job-related duties as assignedWHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelor's Degree or educational equivalentOne (1) year of previous experience in the finance fieldMust currently hold or be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming LicenseMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, database, and analytical and financial systemsMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Strong ability to analyze and work with statistical dataAbility to maintain an organized and successful operation by proactively identifying the need for changePossess strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, project management and problem-solving skills with excellent oral and written communication to effectively deal with internal and external contactsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:Free meals in our Cosmopolitan employee dining roomFree parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts propertiesHealth & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groupsWellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discountsAre you ready to
