You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!Position Responsibilities:Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue, oncology and pre-natal certification a plusTreat clients in a professional caring mannerDevelop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needsProvide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness programMaintain detailed treatment recordsTrain new hires on policies and protocols.Evaluate therapists monthly and quarterly, lead by example.Assist in onboarding and schedulingStay current with new procedures and upgrades in SpaWhat we Offer:Competitive compensation and generous quarterly bonuses up to $450Stable scheduleGrowth opportunitiesConvenient location Established book of businessAll supplies providedFree Training/Continuing EducationContinued education reimbursementLiability Insurance reimbursement $21.48-$50 a service hour, depending on service provided (not including gratuity)$30 hr for training20% retail commissionFull-time at 20 bookable hours per week!
