We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced
CNC Mill Operator
to join a dynamic manufacturing team in North Denver, CO. If you have a passion for precision machining and want to be part of a forward-moving production process, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
As a
CNC Mill Operator , you will:
Machine Set-Up : Prepare CNC milling machines for production by loading raw materials, selecting appropriate tools, and configuring machine settings for optimal performance.CNC Milling Operations : Operate and monitor CNC milling machines during production, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.Quality Assurance : Regularly inspect machined parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications, addressing any issues promptly.Production Support : Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met and deadlines are achieved.Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor issues that arise during operation.Safety & Compliance : Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and ensure compliance with company policies.
What We're Looking For:
CNC Experience : Prior experience in operating CNC milling machines is essential. Familiarity with machine operations, tooling, and programming is required.Industry Knowledge : Background in the manufacturing industry, specifically in CNC milling, is a plus.Technical Skills : Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools to verify product dimensions.Problem-Solving : Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during operations.Attention to Detail : Precision and care in monitoring machined parts for quality.Team Player : Willingness to work collaboratively to meet production goals.Safety Focus : Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety guidelines.
Highlights:
Competitive Pay : Earn
$23.00 - $28.00/HR
depending on experience.Schedule : Monday-Thursday,
6:00AM - 4:30PM .
