The position of Grants Associate is a vital part of the growing fundraising team at First Place. Working closely with the Associate Director of Development, this position will research, draft, and submit compelling grant proposals and reports to a variety of funding sources, including foundations and corporations. Responsibilities will include developing proposals and reports, managing submission timelines, and maintaining our administrative database. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, a strong understanding of nonprofit funding mechanisms, and a proven track record of securing grants.The position of Grants Associate is a vital part of the growing fundraising team at First Place.
