H&H is offering an exciting opportunity for a Structural Group Supervisor to join our Passenger Rail & Transit Group in Boston, MA.

Responsiblities
Oversee, develop, manage and mentor a staff of Structural Engineers and Structural Designers within the Passenger Rail GroupManage projects and task ordersLead the preparation of bridge design documents, including AutoCAD & Microstation plans, quantities and design calculationsPrepare bridge design documents, including AutoCAD & Microstation Plans and quantities and design calculationsParticipate in local and professional organizationsDraft and prepare project proposalsEnsure quality conformance for all submissions and deliverablesClient Interaction and Project Management for various Rail Agencies
Requirements:
BS in Civil or Structural EngineeringPE required (MA or ability to obtain promptly)Experience specific to bridge structures or railFluency in CAD and MS OfficeExcellent Communication skills and the ability to work well in cooperative, team environments15-20 years of relevant experience
