Job description

Infosys is seeking a

ServiceNow - Platform developer

with Integrations specialization who plays a key role or design, providing guidance and implementation on client facing solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform. This position will be focused on integrations between ServiceNow and the other upstream and downstream systems. Expert Proficiency of working with ServiceNow platform for Global Customers; Design Frameworks and Methodologies; Non-Functional Requirements. Architecture definition, design and development tools.

Required Qualification:•Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or Richardson, TX or Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.•Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.•At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.•At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Integrations, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, UI Builder, Service Operations Workspace, CMDB, CSDM, AI Search•Experience in ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.•Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.•Overall experience required in designing and implementing complex ITSM, ITOM, CSM solutions and ITIL processes.•Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for the project for Integrations track and as the face of the development team to the customer.•Work closely with business partners and technical SMEs to define and implement required integrations with ServiceNow.•Be responsible for the implementation, ongoing enhancements, and support of all integrations with ServiceNow.•Provides advice on how business services are delivered with a vision for improvement.•Stays current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.•Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with our client's business problems and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices. Works closely with client's enterprise architecture team, Security team and Infrastructure team.

Preferred Qualification:•Development/configuration experience on the ServiceNow platform including Integration Hub and Mid Server•At least 20 distinct integrations experience like workday, PagerDuty, Azure, slack, SAP, TEAMS, SGC•Strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the ServiceNow platform and possesses advanced ServiceNow knowledge and skill.•Good understanding of architecture / infrastructure concepts and ITIL implementation•Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, database design schemas and data modeling•Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.•Application Creation in ServiceNow•Provides architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions.•Responsible for Prototype building, Sprint demos, delivery of additional development artifacts and documentation•Help mentor Developers, Technical Consultants, and other Solution Architects in relation to technical design standards and implementation of best practices.•Understand customer requirements, translate to solutions, and communicate to clients.•Facilitate client workshops and conduct interviews to drive stakeholder consensus on requirements and solutions.
