Our client located in the Lyndhurst area is seeking an Application Support Specialist. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving critical business application issues. This will also include making sure the business systems are secure and reliable, providing documentation that adhere with best practices and prioritizing issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field4+ years of IT Application Support experienceUnderstanding of Microsoft Applications C#, ASP.NET, SQLUnderstanding of Manufacturing Software - Wonderware, LoftWare and ThermoFisherStrong customer service skillsUnderstanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Best Practices for incident management and change management1+ years of manufacturing experienceFamiliarity with DevOpsAny experience with the Cloud is a plus
