Some like to work all weekends and others don't like to work them at all. As long as it's covered, it really doesn't matter to me. Call: one shift per 4 week schedule Requirements: AZ License 3 years of experience required C-section experience required Must be proficient in fetal monitoring and the actions taken for fetal distress. Must be able to care for patients with pre-eclampsia Clinical background in high risk patients. Since there is NOT an in-house OB, so the nurses need to be very proficient with their assessment skills and be able to handle OB emergencies until the provider arrives. Must be able to function in L&D and couplet care (they don't always utilize their LDRPs as couplet care beds, but can do so if census is low).
