CA license3 years' experienceBLS, ACLSOther Details:
EMR System: Cerner requiredNo First Time TravelersRatios: 5:1 MedSurg, 4:1 TelemetryTypes of patients: Designated COVID unit/cardiac tele unit. Non-diagnostic cath lab patients. Cardiac Drips requiredScrub Color: Navy blue. If you wear a scrub jacket it also must be navy. If you wear an undershirt underneath your scrub top it must be navy, white, or blackFirst to floatFloating MedSurg nurses only take MedSurg patients. If floated to MedSurg/Tele they would only be assigned MedSurg patients. Would not get CABG or Cath Lab pts if go to Tele. Would be MS pt on Tele. They would verify that they were oriented to a unit before floating to that unit
