We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to support our Decision Support Finance Team, where they will play a key role in providing in-depth financial analysis and strategic insights to drive business performance and operational efficiency across the organization, aligned with the company's key objectives. This role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, inter-finance teams) to provide these actionable insights and support decision-making process.

Essential Job Duties

Operational Financial Analysis:Provide comprehensive financial analysis to support operational decision-making and performance optimizationPartner with operations teams to track and analyze key operational metricsAnalyze the financial impact of operational initiatives and recommend strategies to optimize profitability and efficiencyBudgeting & Forecasting:Assist in the budget process and forecasts for operations, collaborating closely with operations and accountingMonitor and report on operational financial performance, providing variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecastFinancial Reporting & Insights:Prepare detailed financial reports on operational performance, with a focus on key business drivers impacting revenue, margin and cost.Provide scenario analysis and financial modeling for potential operational changes or projects.Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership on the financial implications of operational strategiesOperational Process Improvement:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and standardization in operational financeSupport the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes to improve operational efficiency and financial reportingDevelop dashboards and reporting tools to enable monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)Strategic Business Partnering:Act as a finance business partner to operations, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams, providing insights to guide strategic decisionsAssist in developing pricing models, analyzing margin impacts, and supporting strategic initiatives

Skill/Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field or equivalent work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Minimum 2 years of finance related experience

•Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

•Experience with Excel-based reporting tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Reporting Services, etc.

•Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and management levels within the company

•Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated

•Ability to manage and take responsibility for projects and reports as needed

•Possess a positive attitude and be a dependable team player

•Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

•Comfortable in a high growth atmosphere

•Clear understanding of Finance methodologies, concepts and principles.
