OverviewFairview Health Services is seeking an Internal MedicinePehysician physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics - Bloomington Oxboro. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice which has been in the community for over 30 years.Practice Details:12 provider primary care practice which includes 8 Internal Medicine Physicians, 1 Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider and 3 Pediatricians.Specialists in pediatrics, derm, mental health, midwifery, ob/gyn and podiatry.On-site lab services, x-ray, mammography, bone densitometry.On-site M Health Farivew Pharmacy, M Health Fairview Rehab Services and M Health Fairview Urgent Care. Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.Virtual care offered and encouraged via video, telephone, and through EMR. 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
