OverviewFairview Health Services is seeking an Internal MedicinePehysician physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics - Bloomington Oxboro. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice which has been in the community for over 30 years.Practice Details:12 provider primary care practice which includes 8 Internal Medicine Physicians, 1 Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider and 3 Pediatricians.Specialists in pediatrics, derm, mental health, midwifery, ob/gyn and podiatry.On-site lab services, x-ray, mammography, bone densitometry.On-site M Health Farivew Pharmacy, M Health Fairview Rehab Services and M Health Fairview Urgent Care. Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.Virtual care offered and encouraged via video, telephone, and through EMR. 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule. Call Frequency: 1:22 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triageAs a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).Income Details:Resident stipend, Medical School loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus and relocation available.Initial 2 year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program rewarding production, quality and patient experience.Comprehensive benefits package: generous time off and CME allowance, malpractice insurance (includes tail coverage), retirement contributions, & more.
