Tele RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Tele RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and report an adverse reaction to medications in accordance with policiesPrepare equipment and assist physician during examination and treatment of patientIdentify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team memberMonitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays
