Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger Management: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.Account Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including cash, prepaid expenses, and other assets.Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.Month-End Close: Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist with processing AP/AR transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.Office Management: Administrative duties to help with efficiency and organization within the companyProcess Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the accounting processes and make recommendations for changes.Ad Hoc Analysis: Complete occasional projects and tasks requested by management.
