We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time onsite position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Prepare key metric and financial presentations for senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics, comparing actual results to budget and forecast, and providing meaningful insights to management.Collaborate with department heads and business stakeholders to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and evaluate the financial impact of various initiatives or investment opportunities.Identify process improvement opportunities within the finance department and contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced financial reporting and analysis practices.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years' experience performing advanced financial and/or business analytics and reportingExperience in healthcare industry preferredExperience with business intelligence tools - SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and API developmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data.Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and valuation methods.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$85,000-$110,000 annually
The compensation range for this position is between $85,000 - $110,000 per year. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
