ResponsibilitiesJob Title:Quality Control Inspector IWHAT YOU'LL DO:Shift:A ShiftDepartment:Quality AssuranceJob Summary:The Quality Control Inspector I is responsible for supporting and assisting in auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Will work with Quality Control Inspector II and III levels to support the testing of random samples of finished goods. Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems.Essential Duties:Helps support quality control systems in battery productionAssists with inspection work on cells to determine if specifications are metHelps with analysis to check for safety and performance from pre-production and mass production environmentsCollect product data from the manufacturing processHelps to carry out analysis and evaluation of sample cell data through specific factors to reduce defects and improve battery performanceProvides support to the cell manufacturing process through audits on defect prevention to assure production quality
