We are currently seeking to hire full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Western Correctional Institution located in Cumberland, Maryland.The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.Pay Range: $51.50 - $60.00 per hour depending on years of experienceQualifications Associate's degree requiredActive RN license to practice in Maryland. Current tuberculosis documentation. Active BLS/CPR. Ability to pass a criminal background clearance and drug screenMinimum of one year of work experience as a RN preferred in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred. Corrections experience preferred.
