Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

As a Foreclosure Attorney / Foreclosures Attorney on our team, you will manage cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage and transactional matters and protect the client's interest in litigation proceedings and general collection cases. The primary focus will be judicial foreclosure actions.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception to completion
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies
• Draft court pleadings, defense of motions
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Juris Doctor from accredited law school
• One year of experience in the practice of law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law preferred but not required
• Admission to practice law in the state of Hawaii
• Ability to manage and prioritize large caseloads
• Must be ok with a 1920 hour billable requirement
• Must be ok with working onsite in Honolulu most of the week
