• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to gather detailed information about their legal issues.
• Assess and evaluate client needs to determine the appropriate legal resources and referrals.
• Input and maintain accurate client information and case details in our case management system.
• Provide clear and concise communication to clients, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the intake process.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with attorneys and clients.
• Ensure all intake documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Stay up to date with changes in legal procedures and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
