The role is encouraged to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/standard methodologies to improve our current services and technologies.

Role: Planisware Consultant

Roles/Responsibilities:
Act as the primary points of contact for functional support related to Planisware software onsite.
Collaboration closely with client to understand their business requirement and translate them into effective Planisware configuration.
configure Planisware modules and functionalities to align with client specific processes and workflows.
provide Guidance to end users on how to effectively utilize Planisware features to archive their business objectives.
Assist with data migration activities and ensure data integrity withing Planisware application and downstream applications
develop and maintain documentation related to functional configuration processes and procedure.
Stay informed about Planisware updates and new features, and best practices to continuously improve client support and user experience.

Required Qualifications:
6 – 10 years of Planisware development experience
Experience of Planisware version upgrades, maintenance pack upgrades, deployment objects/processes, monitoring/troubleshooting Planisware service
Excellent communication skills to handle Customer Communications and Reporting
Experience in managing end to end PPM project deliverables
Experience in Life Science domain knowledge
Experience in handling PPM RFP solutions, customer presentations and solution deck preparation will be added advantage.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $66,896 to $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
