Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of clients
- Ensure the audit engagements are carried out in accordance with the Firm's policies and procedures
- Ensure the audit engagements are carried out in accordance with approved professional standards
- Direct the performance of the work and resolve technical matters
- Control costs and billing
- Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new business development opportunities
- Coach and develop team members to achieve technical competencies and efficient performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- At least 10 years of experience in the public accounting industry (required)
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Texas CPA
- Relevant experience of delivering audit and other assurance services at a mid-sized public accounting firm
