MATERIAL HANDLER
Location: Casselberry
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM
Pay: $14 to $16
Description:
- Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
- Operating a forklift
- Pull raw materials
- Pull transfer orders and package them for shipping
- Receive items in the computer, process shipping and receiving when needed
- Responsible for tracking when materials are running low
- Maintain a well organized warehouse
- Completes reports by entering required information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
- Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements; arranging for repairs
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
