  • Proactively plan and communicate with your book of business through outbound phone calls, monthly reviews, and ongoing performance delivery
  • Champion partner feedback to help drive insights
  • Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Montway's platform of choice for our B2B partners
  • Proactively manage renewal and up-sell opportunities for all current clients
  • Partner closely with Ad Ops & other Business Operations Teams on campaign activations & optimizations. Follow and update any internal marketing campaigns to maintain current business and acquire new business
  • Serve as the liaison between the client, Montway's internal teams - support Montway's Best Practices on design and approach for the client
  • Provide regularly scheduled communications and KPI updates with clients and internal stakeholders - you are responsible for keeping all parties informed and on schedule, a monumental and complex task
  • Be comfortable presenting insights, data & KPI metrics during client meetings
  • Develop a keen understanding of how the Montway platform and unique products will deliver brand value in support of the clients' goals
  • Support Montway billing efforts for our clients from invoice to payout
  • Perform data entry into CRM and Admin system for purposes such as processing orders, accessing previous orders and special orders and providing customers with quotes, shipment instructions, and delivery confirmation and status updates; researches any other inquiries as requested
  • Required travel visiting personal territories, directed by management
  • Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives (assist with training, shadowing, and interviewing of potential Account Executives as needed)
