**Overview**At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Home Infusion RNs strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.St. Luke's Home Infusion Services is seeking an RN to join our Meadowlake Infusion and Injection Center team located in Meridian, ID.**What you can expect from this role**+ Full Time Days+ Provide comprehensive care to infusion patients in an outpatient or home setting to include the administration of IV infusion medications to treat serious infections, dehydration, gastrointestinal diseases, or autoimmune diseases.+ Work autonomously and use your skills and abilities to make decisions for the best possible outcome for your patients.+ Perform and document physical assessments, treatments, responses, disease progression, etc.+ Provide individualized care and develop meaningful relations with patients while focusing on their overall well-being.Qualifications+ Education: ASN or BSN Degree+ Experience: 1 years' experience to include IV administration; preferably in Home Infusion setting; infection prevention experience helpful.+ Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification**What's in it for you**At St. Luke's, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
