Drug Interactions, Pharmacy Inventory Management, Aseptic Technique, Compound a Sterile and Non-Sterile Product, Prepare IV Mixtures, Prepare TPN Order, Prepare Chemo, Sterilize a Laminar or Horizontal Flow Hood, IV, Compounding JOB DETAILS: 800 bed hospital serving all age groups. Requirements of position include running Pharmogistics Carousel, triage, delivery to Pyxis machines, and other duties as required by inpatient pharmacy. Dispensing Volume: 12,000 orders per day Shift: Fri-Sun 8pm-8am RTO: 7 days MAX Call Requirement: Yes required. Float Requirement: Not required Weekend Requirement: Every weekend UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, Carousel System, User Access Required. Unit will train initially in carousel or pyxis. Preferred: Baxa TPN pumps, EPIC Dispense Prep, Abacus TPN order entry system Epic, Accudose, Baxter, McKesson, Emergency Med Systems, Inventory Reports, and Override Reports preferred.
