Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part Time

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide extensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and offer a supportive and rewarding atmosphere for our staff. Schedule and Location:

• When: Sessions typically occur 3-5 days per week for 2-3 hours, primarily during after school hours between 3pm-8pm
• Where: Sessions take place in the child's natural environment, such as their home, community, or school
• Compensation: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Eligible for a $500 sign on bonus with a commitment of 15 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data to monitor progress and update treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications:

• Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to learn about Autism and ABA Therapy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience working with children
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Completion or proof of completion of the 40-Hour RBT course required
