Job Description

Summary
  • Deliver patient-focused rooming for various types of clinic visits.
  • Communicate results and other relevant medical information to patients and providers.
  • Ensure the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed efficiently and on time.
Schedule
  • Casual position - Working a variety of hours and shifts | Onsite
  • Potential for 12-hour shifts 7:15AM to 7:30PM Mon-Fri plus weekend shifts 8:45AM to 4:40PM. More need on weekends than during the week.
Pay and Benefits
  • $20.20 or more per hour for LPNs and $18.90 or more per hour for CMAs. Pay determined by experience.
  • $2,500 (LPN); $2,000 (CMA) hiring bonus and $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
  • Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.
OR

Medical Assistant
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
  • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
  • American Medical Technologists (AMT)
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
  • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
  • National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
  • Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
  • Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.

The CentraCare Willmar Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic with physicians and advanced practice providers in more than 40 specialty areas. Out physicians serve CentraCare Rice Memorial Hospital and the CentraCare Willmar Surgery Center.
