Permanent Part-Time RDH - Registered Dental Hygienist position in a Alameda, California dental practice. They are looking for Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 745-4. There is a max of 7 patients a day and offers some benefits like sick and vacation pay. #1538

Duties and Responsibilities
-Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling
and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings and x-rays
-Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instructions and demonstrations of
effective oral hygiene methods
-Communicate with doctor where there are opportunities in patients for restorative and/or
periodontal needs
-Obtain and review dental history and/or records from patient (review patient health history and care
slips) and ensure health history is updated for all returning patients
Qualifications
Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
