Job ResponsibilitiesLoad, unload, and move material within or near plant, yard, or work site.Read work order or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.Count, weigh, and record number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.Pull parts and/or package parts for shipping.Process customer and/or warehouse orders.Complete inventory documents, shipping and export documents.Employee must follow all safety rules and wear all required personal protective equipment.Each employee is responsible for the housekeeping of his or her work area.Each employee is responsible for the quality of his or her work.Employees are expected to be involved in problem solving in all areas and participate on problem solving teams.Attendance and punctuality is requiredPerform other job-related duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired (basic) qualifications
High School diploma or equivalentPreferred qualifications
Six (6) months warehouse experience in shipping, receiving or order fillingForklift driving experienceInventory management experienceJob Criteria
Ability to read bill of materials.Coordinate short parts with planner.Requires typing and working with computers.
