The Senior Legal Counsel, Global Marketing Partnerships will report directly to the Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Global Marketing Partnerships. The role will seek to advance the Company’s strategic marketing vision by negotiating rights to global assets across the music, film, entertainment, talent and influencer categories, and through the Company’s agency partners, including WPP and strategic roster agencies, and may assist on global sports programs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working in a networked manner with colleagues in the Global Legal Function, corporate functions such as Marketing, Finance, IP, IT, Privacy and Data Security, and across the Company’s global Operating Units.What You'll Do for Us:Actively participate on the Global Marketing Partnerships legal team, working closely with the Head of Global Marketing Partnerships and the Associate General Counsel for Global Strategic Partnerships, and collaborating with other attorneys in the Global Legal Function and business colleagues across the Coca-Cola system;Establish strong relationships to help drive the strategic priorities of the EPICS (Entertainment, Partnerships, Influences, Culture and Sports) Team with an emphasis on music, film, talent, influencers, and digital strategy;Maintain an ongoing understanding of trends in marketing, specifically entertainment (music, film, talent and influencers) and digital marketing, to anticipate and evaluate risk and think and act strategically in support of the business;Draft, review and negotiate Master Agreements and related documents with strategic global marketing partners and talent in the music, film, talent and influencer categories;Assist in establishing and managing talent relationships;Manage and prioritize assignments to ensure timely, customer-oriented support for the business;Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and ethical standards by providing guidance and governance to our client groups;Collaborate with colleagues and work to a performance standard that helps establish service level consistency across the Global Strategic Partnerships Legal Team and the Global Legal Function overall.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent;Juris Doctorate Degree or its equivalent;Licensed to practice law under any U.S. State or International equivalent and maintaining good standing under the corresponding legal practice regulatory body;5+ years of legal practice experience in a large law firm or similar large corporate in-house environment, with at least 3 years managing complex commercial transactions and negotiations;1-2+ years’ experience working on deals related to entertainment, music, film, talent, influencers, or related digital marketing;Experience with IP (copyright, trademark, name-image-likeness) and technology related transactions;Strong legal digital skills including digital marketing literacy, legal analytics and AI, cybersecurity awareness, and document management;Strong written and verbal communication skills;Business acumen and a non-“siloed”, enterprise-wide mindset;Ability to anticipate risks and find creative solutions.What We Can Do For You:Iconic & Innovative Brands:

$185,000 - $225,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
