Their team delivers top-tier legal services with a focus on client satisfaction and successful outcomes.Job DescriptionRepresent employers in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation claims, wage and hour disputes, class and collective actions, and federal/state employment law complianceDraft motions, pleadings, and legal memorandaConduct legal research and manage discovery processesHandle depositions and witness interviewsAdvise employers on employment law compliance, including ADA, FMLA, CFRA, and COVID-related regulations, as well as disability accommodations and leave policiesPotential to engage in labor relations, such as labor negotiations, grievances, and arbitrationsQualifications:
Qualifications4-7 years of substantive experience in employment litigationStrong understanding of California employment lawExperience with legal research, drafting, and discovery managementTrial or arbitration experience preferredAbility to provide sound advice on federal and state labor lawsExcellent analytical, research, and writing skillsAdmission to the California Bar requiredWhy is This a Great Opportunity:
