Clubhouse Director/Lifestyle Coordinator position in Conroe, Texas

Position Overview
The Clubhouse Director / Lifestyle Coordinator position will work within a master-planned community located in Conroe, TX. The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of the community clubhouse and resident amenities. The Lifestyle Coordinator will be a prominent position within the community with consistent communication with residents and key personnel. The Lifestyle Coordinator works both independently and effectively with customers and other staff to achieve and maintain the excellence standards set forth by the company.
Qualified candidates must be able to work full-time hours primarily Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm. There will be occasional weekends scheduled around large events, programs or rentals. Time worked during weekends will be flexed during the week. Candidates must also be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods of time, and will be required to repetitively lift and move up to 25 lbs. i.e. room setups, room breakdowns, and cleaning of event space.
Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and able to work effectively with a board of directors, Home Owners Association, Developer, Marketing and contractors.
All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
CPR and First Aid Certification required
Experience:
2-3 years experience in facility management or any equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 2 years Supervisory or Management experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and other presentation applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team, and perform detail-oriented functions
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the community clubhouses and amenities
Friendly personality greeting all visitors of the community clubhouse (both prospects and residents)
Handle all reservation requests for amenities and amenity spaces within the community
Issue amenity cards to verified residents
Hire, train and manage a staff of concierge who work the opposite schedule from the Lifestyle Coordinator
Complete all scheduling, payroll, and/or performance evaluations of team of staff reporting to the Lifestyle Coordinator
Create operations manual for the community clubhouse
Manage contractors working within the facility like cleaning company, HVAC, Pest Control, Elevator, Fire/Burglar Alarm Monitoring, Access Control, and others
Keep the facility organized and clean (occasional sweeping and mopping)
Develop an accurate, realistic, timely, and fiscally sound budget with board approval
Work with the HOA to address residential questions and concerns
Attend and present management reports at HOA or board meetings (if requested)
Restock restrooms, coffee bars, fitness center and other portions of the facility
Purchase items needed to keep restrooms, coffee bar, and other items fully stocked
Work with the Developer Lifestyle Director and Marketing team as needed for events they host in the community
Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies
Submit monthly reports highlighting operations and usage of the facilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Able to handle multiple projects
