The F&B Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and directing the work of employees in the Food & Beverage Department while ensuring guest satisfaction. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, and handle guest complaints, concerns, or special requests for all hotel guests is essential. Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience. This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
