SigmaDevelop a safety discipline focused on creating a best-in-class employee work environment, clear communication, and engagement from all levels of

managementAdminister all environmental and government reporting programs to ensure locations are at the highest standards of environmental awareness, disposals, and environmentally conscious

purchasingDevelop and implement all safety, emergency, and security programs, with related training, including

developmentPartner with managers to define necessary skills needed and team development, putting the right people in the right

rolesParticipation and leadership in steering committees, safety council meetings and senior level presentations when

neededQualifications and Competencies

:Shop or manufacturing

experience

preferredBachelor's

degree in

Environmental Safety or Business

preferredMinimum of 3 years' experience in Continuous Improvement

preferredMust possess a valid drivers' license and acceptable driving

recordAbility and determination to move operational initiatives forward, using performance metrics and benchmarks to track progress, and the ability to use fact-based persuasion to influence key
