0-10% of the TimeJob DescriptionEffectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customersWork independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the propertyGeneral property care, cleaning, and maintenanceDaily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rentAccurate payment processing and cash handlingEngage with customers to provide an exceptional experienceValid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required to perform the essential functions of the jobPhysical RequirementsAbility to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 poundsShould be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doorsCleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appealCan you see yourself on our team?
