MAS Environmental is seeking a motivated and skilled
Environmental Staff Engineer
to join our
Tampa, Florida
office. The ideal candidate will have a background in environmental engineering, specifically experience with the state of Florida's Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP).
Key Responsibilities:Remedial Action Plans:
Prepare and develop comprehensive Remedial Action Plans (RAPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations.Pilot Testing:
Conduct pilot testing to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of remediation technologies.Field Data Collection:
Perform field data collection, including soil and groundwater sampling, site assessments, and monitoring.Communication:
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and regulatory agencies.CADD (Preferred):
Utilize Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software to assist in the design and implementation of engineering projects.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering or a related field.1+ years of environmental experience relating to the state of Florida's Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP).Experience in preparing Remedial Action Plans.Ability to conduct pilot testing and field data collection.Strong communication skills.Proficiency in CADD software is a plus.
