Ideal candidates are passionate about supporting very young children in their learning and development, welcoming their families, and are lifelong learners themselves. Energetic and creative teachers will find beautiful programs where you will have the autonomy to run your own classroom while being supported by a well-established company.General Qualifications:
MACTE-approved Montessori training for children 0-3; qualified candidates who are willing to do the training next year may also be considered.BA or AA in ECE or related fieldMinimum 2 years of classroom experienceAbility and desire to work respectfully and compassionately in and with a diverse populationA sense of humor and sense of humilityAbility to fulfill all Washington State Department of Early Learning requirements (negative TB test, pass a background check, etc.)This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range which varies dependent on experience and education; the desired shift is 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
