We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Environmental Senior Project Managers with 8+ years of experience to join our team. This position involves managing environmental projects, client relationships, technical staff, and business development.

Responsibilities :
Coordinate, conduct, and oversee the execution of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments;
Coordinate, conduct, and oversee the execution of multimedia sampling (soil, groundwater, air, etc.);
Provide oversight of remediation and remedial construction;
Prepare and review technical reports for regulatory bodies and project stakeholders;
Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and construction specifications related to environmental investigation/remediation; and
Provide mentorship and training to junior-level staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related;
Pennsylvania Professional Geologist (preferred);
8+ years of relevant experience in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II Site Investigations (SIs), multimedia (soil, groundwater, soil gas, air, etc.) sampling, monitor well installation, and underground storage tank closure;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data;
Previous experience managing staff as well as providing training and professional development;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to clients and project teams; and
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
