User Support Technician – Helpdesk
must have at least 1-2 years of prior work experience.Required Experience and Skills:
Experience with Win 10 and 11, Office365, Dell computers, Apple iPhone and iPad, PC troubleshooting. Active Directory, Exchange.Route help desk tickets to appropriate technicians or support groups.Education:
High School/ GED/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or EquivalentExperience:
Minimum 1-2+ years of experienceRelocation:
This position will not cover relocation expensesTravel:
