Every day, EssilorLuxottica’s 180,000 employees in 150 countries work towards a common mission to help people see more and be more.JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Working as a Senior Manager of Vision Care Education Team, within Leonardo, EssilorLuxottica Learning platform, you will be responsible for managing the team of Vision Care Experts; developing, disseminating, and executing consistent education programs for internal and external audiences (ECP, WHS and retails): BtoB educational materials and assets.Your activity will support the agenda of EssilorLuxottica’s product launches, innovations, categories, brands and business priorities as well as local education projects.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:Team management and developmentStrong leadershipBuilding and continuously evolving interactive learning experiences and tailored educational curriculum adapted to different audiencesContributing to the go-to-market plan of EssilorLuxottica: Vision Care solutions by delivering educational and BtoB assets within the right timingIdentifying educational needs, managing innovation pipelines, global and regional business needsDeveloping internal and external partnerships to be accurate, impactful, compliant with global and local regulations (incl. accreditation)Defining educational objectives from technical, scientific and clinical perspectivesDesigning educational assets appealing for the learner and differentiating for LeonardoDeveloping comprehensive, qualitative, scientifically and clinically exact, non-promotional contents and materials for education purposes on vision care, products and brandsWorking with internal stakeholders, external agencies and consultants to ensure the delivery of results within guidelines, budgets and timelinesProducing educational assets accordingly fully aligned with Leonardo brand strategy & guidelinesEstablishment of KPIs to measure the impact of educational programsBenchmark on optical industry learning programs & certificationsInnovation taking advantage of the latest technologies in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiativesCANDIDATE PROFILE:Proven, successful experience in a managerial role in a dynamic & complex work environmentBachelor or master's degree (optometry or opticianry)Additional marketing education would be a plusDemonstrated abilities to hold international role and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects in a multicultural environmentSolid knowledge in education, digital learning (Articulate, video, LMS …) and Adult Learning PrinciplesExperience in working successfully in a team and managing complex projectsCompetence in business and technical English (written and verbal)Results oriented, customer centric and continuous improvement way of workingPositive leadership, innovative and collaborative behavioursExcellent communication and presentation skillsFrench/Italian would be a plus
