Position Highlights:Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Advanced Heart FailureLocation: Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview, ILFull Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per weekHours: 4 10-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. One weekend every 4 weeks.Required Travel: Evanston HospitalWhat you will do:Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatmentsPromote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communitiesWork autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultantsPositively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experienceWhat you will need:License:

Current Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse License in the State of Illinois required. DEA & Illinois Controlled Substance License required.Education:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferredCertification:

BLS for Healthcare Provider certificationExperience:

Prior experience in cardiology preferredSkills:
