As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging serviceSupervise the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedMaximize revenues by upselling and following budget guidelinesHandle guest concerns, reacting quickly and professionallyBalance operational and Colleague needsHave full knowledge of all menus and promotionsEnsure Colleagues have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods being served in the Food & Beverage OutletFollow outlet policies, procedures, and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious Food and Beverage leadership experience preferredAdhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming GuidelinesPrevious Point of Sale system experience requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:A team of Heartists that are committed to working together, supporting each other, and providing the best guest experience.
