CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
Licensed as a behavior analyst through the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) with certification.
CLIENT REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with Arizona's special education laws and regulations (e.g., the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, or IDEA).
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to determine the causes of challenging behaviors in students.
Analyze data to identify patterns and inform intervention strategies.
Create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student's needs.
Use evidence-based ABA techniques to promote positive behavior and learning.
Adjust behavior plans as necessary based on ongoing assessment.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress for compliance with school and state regulations.
