Our 750,000 people deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity every day, serving clients in more than 120 countries.You Are:Delivery Lead Senior Manager – Health is responsible for leading delivery of projects, programs, and IT operations on large, complex Health accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.The Work:Manage delivery of technology solutions/applications at Health clients (custom, Epic, Cerner, HealthEdge, Trizetto, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) with a distributed team across locations and time zones.Identify and implement innovation opportunities to drive improved cost, quality, and speed for a project or program of work.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Drive program and project governance with client stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Accenture to ensure cohesive project execution and leverage broader organizational capabilities in support of client objectives.Contribute to business development activities, including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations.Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s What You Need:Minimum of 10 years professional experience.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing large scale technology-related programs, projects and/or IT operations in the healthcare industry.Minimum of 1 year working with/for a large consulting company.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
