IUE provides professional GEOINT exploitation, analysis, production services, and GEOINT management solutions.

Essential Duties:

The Contractor shall use an understanding of geography, research, GIS, and data conflation and management skills to produce the broad array of human geography products including attributed data, maps, and written reports. Production phases for HG projects and products may include research, discovery, evaluation, extraction, creation, geo-enabling, quality control/review, metadata attribution, source citation, service enabling, and dissemination.

Support the government in its efforts to further develop and maintain the International Program for Human Geography (IPHG) including facilitation of Quality Assurance, training activities, and technical and geospatial support at Plenary and Technical meetings.

Provide geospatial analysis support services to the customer IPHG and International Activities (bilateral and multi-national partnerships).

Support the customer as a Human Geography Subject Matter Expert (SME) during international meetings as specified by the Government.

Work with Government counterparts to acquire and disseminate Human Geography data. Post co-produced Human Geography data to NSG data storage and dissemination solutions such as the APAN and PiX.

The Contractor shall participate in technical exchanges with Government, partners, and contract personnel located at their site and around the globe.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Has to possess an Active TS/SCI Clearance

1-3 years of demonstrated experience supporting DoD or the IC's GEOINT Mission Experience with web browsing tools and advanced searching techniques.

Knowledge of Human Geography concepts.

Experience in the research, discovery, and extraction of geospatial and non-geospatial information.

Experience in imagery research, extraction, and attribution.

Proficiency in use of fundamental ArcGIS Pro software tools in the creation, attribution, schema development and utilization, management, and geo-referencing of data.

Experience in geo-enabling non-spatial data.

Demonstrated experience communicating GEOINT products, data, and services to peers and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the regional, cultural, and political geography of the region assigned.

Experience in using established cartographic principles, geo-referencing, and naming conventions/Romanization in the creation of geo-spatial products.

Experience in creating and publishing GEOINT products.

Working knowledge of at least one of the foreign languages of the assigned region.

Experience producing data and products to NSG standards.

Experience with open-source data harvest, process automation, and scripting.

Experience with data management, schema development, and data conflation.

Experience with Google Earth Engine (GEE).

Proficiency in Basic Python Scripting.
