Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere.Responsibilities:Process incoming calls from both Crown customers and Service TechniciansDispatch techniciansEnter technician payroll hoursProcess parts and service billingCreate daily work ordersMaintain records and filesAssist other departments as neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent phone skillsGood communication, organizational, math and computer skillsExperience with Microsoft OfficeLeadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plusAbility to multitaskWork Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
